The guarantees are situation specific. For example, no guarantees are offered on works such as plastering or repointing of chimneys. However, installations such as cladding and kitchens will come with their own manufacturers warranty.
We also offer a 10 year HomePro insurance backed guarantee for larger projects.
In most cases, yes, we do. We will gladly arrange a convenient time to come and survey your property requirements. Occasions where we may charge a fee are:
if there is considerable travel time involved
required works are only ‘survey-able’ by means such as erecting scaffolding or using a drone
if multiple follow up surveys and design/drawings are required on larger scale projects.
Yes, we will gladly assist you in any way you require, we are regularly in talks with the local building control. We can also recommend or manage on your behalf, architectural drawings and specifications.
Please bare in mind, there may be fee’s for this (certainly for drawings) based on the scale of the job as it can sometimes take considerable time.
If you are comfortable, and experienced, in managing your own property requirements, then please feel free to do so. However, our experience has shown us that often, the customer does not save money by doing so, and does not get the high-end finish desired.
We believe customers would be better off contracting a company like ourselves who can contract manage your project from start to finish; and assure a high quality job.
Due to the bespoke nature of most jobs and the materials, we typically require an upfront deposit, with the settlement due upon job completion.
For larger contracts, we set up a payment schedule where certain amounts are due when we reach targets along the job timeline.
