Lean-to Guardian - Heckington

This customer tried several different companies who were not able to fulfil the job requirements before happily being recommended our services. These requirements included opening the space to install Rhino aluminium Bi-fold doors, a pitch perfect roofline to match the gradient of the frames, and interior works to patch in where a dwarf wall was dismantled for the Bi-fold. The pictures speak for themselves on this transformation and as usual, the customer was more than satisfied, regularly getting us back in for more works.

A Bespoke Guardian - Grantham

A real pleasure to work on this P-shaped conservatory. The customers decided to have a complete refurb on this one. We complimented this with: New upvc frames & triple glazed glass; New interior cills, 4 x electric Velux and blackout blinds; Spotlights guardian roof; Solid oak roof tie bars, & all new plastering and skirting boards inside – with painted professional finish.

This transformation was amazing, and the customer was overjoyed.

Warm Roof with a Bespoke Box Gutter - Spalding

A bespoke finish with an L-shaped box gutter, made this conservatory roof more challenging. The box gutter was joined on one side to an extension flat roof which was sealed to appropriately, as was the other side which joined to the bungalow pitched roof. The end result looked great once tiled and trimmed up. These intricate interior angles really make for a stylish finish, which looked great once the interior décor was completed. The customers were especially happy with the final interior change.

Guardian Warm Roof - Wyberton

A nice simple Guardian roof here, with no extra features such as skylights or spotlights, but a huge transformation regardless, as the room being north facing was extremely cold most of the year. This was a notable install for us as it was the first recommendation of our services that came directly from local building control, which is now quite common for us.

Warm Roof with Solstice Skylights - Sibsey

The customer had the age old issues with this conservatory: Leaks, too hot in the summer, too cold in the summer. However, they wanted to maintain as much natural daylight as possible, to benefit from the south facing garden.

So, we installed 2 Solstice Skylights along with the Guardian Warm Roof. This kept the space light & fresh, & also kept some daylight in the living room next to it.

The sleak & professional finish looked great, & they certainly didn't regret the investment.

A Warm Roof with some Bespoke Building works - Boston

This one really was a transformation. We dismantled the whole structure, rebuilt some of the dwarf walls, built up some brick pillars, fully built up the rear wall, installed new triple glazed upvc units, & a Guardian Warm Roof with 3 x electric Velux skylights - Plus a full interior décor.

We earnt the bacon sarnies & cups of tea on this one!
