About Us

Originally, we started off as Lincs Flat Roofing! We became, & remain, authorised installers of ‘Single Ply EPDM rubber’. As experienced and professional installers, we can offer a roofing solution to all flat roofs, small or large. We have installed thousands of flat roofs in Lincolnshire and further afield, to domestic and commercial customers alike.

Broadening our experience in Flood Defence and Renovation stemmed from Boston flooding in 2013. Having already had experience in the building industry, & with dedicated teams of quality sub-contractors, we renovated several properties to both basic and extremely high standards. We coupled this with becoming BPEC and BSI Kitemark Certified Flood Professionals, a prestigious standard.

These combined persuits formed The Lincs Group LTD!

Most recently, we became one of the first and most reputable approved installers of the Guardian Warm Roof System. Fully compliant with Local Authority Building Control, the Guardian Warm Roof System can replace the roof on your existing conservatory, to provide a thermally efficient space that you can enjoy year round.

The Lincs Shop: 

The Shop is our supply section of The Lincs Group ltd. Over the decades of our trading, this has given us quality experience and many positive trade relationships, which has enabled us to supply both the trade and competent DIY’ers with materials & advice, to complete their desired projects.

We aim to continue to build our supply of roofing & other materials to our customers, & to help them benefit from a more environmentally friendly roofing option, complimented by a long-life expectancy.
